Life is not without storms, but God calls us to live with an attitude of trust and renewal, setting our eyes first on His kingdom. In this message we reflect on seven characteristics of a person after God’s heart - devotion to prayer, love for Scripture, sacrificial love, generosity, persistence, and courage. From Isaiah 32 we see the call to be a shelter in the storm, a refuge in hardship, streams of water in the desert, and a shadow of strength in a thirsty land.
