Some days are more tiring than others. There are times in my days that I need a reset and just go and clear my mind. I need a refuge for my thoughts and feelings. I like to find a quiet park or go into our woods near our backyard. It is when I get away out of the noise of life that I find that God is still in control. He never changes.

We have to make that choice to find refuge. The refuge is not going to run to us. We have to run to it.

Go and Look out for Joy. Jesus our joy, our Refuge and our Protector.
