Hello lovely skies, Today's topic is about our REFUSAL. It will talk about the vitality of taking "No's" in some situations in our life for us to be comfortable in uncomfortable effects of refusal. Sometimes, we hurt ourselves for taking and accepting all outside forces given us and that's why we need to face the truth that sometimes the refusal is not bad at all but rather a conviction of staying true to yourself and loving yourself more even if they don't join you in your stand.
