Mendu is a social enterprise founded by Regina Zheng and her friend Calah Singleton to expand mental healthcare and change the approach for women of colour.

We meet Regina today and discuss mental health stigma, the impact of racism on WOC’s mental health, in addition to the support their business can offer.
