Today, I speak with Paul Spencer, who's the President of NM Blue Water Sanitation District, regarding a serious issue we face not only in NM but across the Nation with Big Government pushing Regionalization of Rural Water Systems. The people need to know how this will affect our probability of having clean drinking water indefinitely as we will be forced transfer ownership of Water Rights to Big Government without realizing we've done so.
