Today we take an inside look at what it is to be a general partner in a real estate syndication.  Our guest started with nothing, and after putting his system in place and following it diligently for 18 months, he acquired a 218 unit apartment complex. 

Today’s guest, Anthony Metzger, trained to be a winemaker.  He spent his 20s following the grape harvest, going around the world to make wine and document the wine-making process. In his late 20s, he dived real estate syndication, and he is here today to share the story of how that all began.
