He has successfully navigated transactions ranging from private capital, to structured professional equity and into large institutional quality assets and clients. With a focus on multi-family he’s helped facilitate the transfer of a range of property types from conventional suburban garden-style communities to Class-A urban infill projects as well as high-rises throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Additionally, he and his team have transacted student properties and has development sites for affordable & market rate housing opportunities.
