For more than 15 years Tim Vest has been investing in real estate. Tim has done it all. From partnering with developers to develop raw land to purchasing and investing in single-family rentals, fix and flips, multifamily, and hotels. He is currently an owner and partner in multiple apartment communities. Outside of his passion for Real Estate, Tim also enjoyed a 20+ year career in technology and founded multiple startups.  

Main Points:

• I lost it all in 2008 and 2009 but used those lessons to build a better business.
• Dedication and consistent action have been the recipe for my success
• Mentors and Coaches have been a key ingredient that I lacked in the past
• It hasn't been one big deal that made the difference. I stopped looking for the "Homerun" and started going after singles and doubles to build my portfolio.
• My mindset shift, from "I can always go back to corporate" to "there is no going back" has been a game changer
• My "why" is my daughter but my motivation is fear of "what if". I never want to wonder "what if" and it drives me to push beyond my limiting beliefs.
