Shelon Hutchinson, known as, “Hutch The Marine Investor” is a Master Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Over the past 22 months Hutch has co-sponsored over $11m in multifamily property acquisition which includes a 55 unit portfolio in South Carolina, and a 167 unit complex in GA.
 
Together with his partner, he co-founded H Squared Capital a real estate investment firm that focuses on Apartment Complex acquisition in the Southeast.
