Making Jesus Your Number One Priority  - REIGNITE YOUR HEART

If I were to ask you where your relationship with God is on a scale of 1 to 10 what would be your answer? Are you low on the scale or maybe midline but know that you relationship with Jesus could be a whole lot better. That's where most Christians are in their walk with Jesus. Often times when we reflect on our relationship with Jesus we feel guilty and shameful because we know our relationship is not where it should be and we know deep down inside it is because of us and our lack of obedience and setting time aside to be with Him.

Today's message is very practical in nature but I pray that you listen to it all the way through because I have a challenge for you at the end. We have all been in this place of guilt and shame but I have the answer to take you from this place of guilt and shame to a place of passion for your relationship with Jesus. We all need our hearts reignited for Jesus as some point and time in our relationship with Him and I pray that today will be the day that your heart is reignited for Him and that you will be set free from the guilt and shame and find that passion for Him in a powerful way.

The Overwhelming Power of God's Love  - REIGNITE YOUR HEART

I am 100% overwhelmed by the love of God! As the verses jump off the page and reach deep into my heart, I become speechless. It literally takes my breath away! As I watch how He meets us right where we are at and provides a way to be in relationship with Him I stand in awe!

I never want to take this amazing gift God has given me for granted! I don't fully understand this gift but I am beyond thankful for it! It's hard to comprehend that someone would die to save me, but that is exactly what Christ did! He....died....for....me...and for you! As you watch this message let that truth sink deep into your heart today.

May your heart continue to shine brightly for our King!

God's Prescription For Joy During Trials  - REIGNITE YOUR HEART

When life gets crazy and trials are thrown into your path, is there a way to actually be joyful in those trials? How can I have joy when it seems like life is crashing down around me?

We are going to look at Romans 5:3-5 and James 1:2-4 to find out exactly how to have joy even in the midst of trials. We are going to see what our trials, endurance, faith and joy all have in common when we find ourselves in a trial. Scripture gives the perfect prescription to finding joy in these moments.

Is Peace Even A Reality? - REIGNITE YOUR HEART

We have read in Scripture and heard people proclaim that we can have peace but is that even really a reality? Can we really have peace in such a messed up world? 

We are going to look at Romans 5:1-2 and Philippians 4:6 to find out exactly how to obtain the peace of God and not just receive peace from Him but to HAVE peace with Him. We will discover that PEACE IS not just possible but it is PROBABLE!

The Promises of God Are True - REIGNITE YOUR HEART Episode 018

Our discussion today continues with Romans 4. We will see the example of Abraham and how he was a really good person and worked hard for the Lord but even in all of his good deeds he still was not found to be righteous before God in his own strength. It was through the faith he place in God, believing in the promise of God, that he was found to be righteous through God. We will see that Abraham was saved by his faith in God.

We discover even further how we can trust in the promises of God and how as we put our faith and trust in Him, He can then move and do the miraculous in your life. But first it requires for us to believe in the truth of God's promises throughout Scripture. 

I'm excited to dive into this subject with you and I pray you find freedom in the forgiveness of God as one of His promises to us.

The Love of God - REIGNITE YOUR HEART

 week's message is from a sermon I preached at my local church on May 9, 2021. It was a time of being real and vulnerable about the love of God, some of the doubts that I have struggled with and where God has brought me throughout this last year. 

God's love is so powerful and real. But yet sometimes we all doubt it. We can believe it for others but we don't always believe it for ourselves. In this message I share from my heart about the love of God and ask ourselves the question "Do you believe? I mean do you really believe?" Some of thoughts are extremely challenging but I pray you take it to heart. Know you are not alone in your struggles. And most importantly know that God loves you with a perfect love!

What About Your Secret Life? - REIGNITE YOUR HEART

Is there anything that God doesn't know about? Are we able to hide anything from Him? Are we trying to live a secret life? Sometimes I think we fool ourselves into thinking we can hide things from God but in all honesty God knows about everyone's secret life and there will come a day when He will be judging with His righteous judgment all areas of our lives. Depending on how we live this life out is what that judgment will look like. We will be looking at Romans 2:16 where Paul addresses just this issue. May you open your heart to receive the message the Lord has for all of us today.

The Anger of God ...Does He Abandon Us? - REIGNITE YOUR HEART

What makes God angry? Does He ever abandon us? Is there anyone without excuse? These are a few of the difficult questions we will be talking about in today's episode. Some Scriptures are harder to talk about than others and in Romans 1:18-32 we will be hitting some of those "difficult" Scriptures.

I pray you hear my heart in this message and know that I made a promise to God to not avoid the difficult Scriptures as He asks me to talk about them. I share in love and not condemnation. I share in the truth of Scripture in obedience to God. Have I struggled with my own areas of sin? YES! Do I think I am better than anyone else? NO! We are all God's creation but we also all have a choice to chose to follow Christ in all things or not to. This episode will be dealing with some tough issues. But we have a God who loves every single one of us enough that He died on the cross to take the penalty of our sins. I pray your heart will be open to what the Lord wants to share with you individually through this message. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him!
