Tracy Roberts, a Master Reiki practitioner, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and a Certified Life Coach who loves the journey of life, beauty and self-empowerment joins the show to talk about how how she overcame her fears and is now living her purpose.  

Tracy learned Reiki at the age of 12 and became a Certified Life Energy Coach in 2016, she now has Yoga studio in Phoenix that provides the space to practice energy healing (through Reiki, Sound and Meditation), yoga and spiritual mentoring.
