You may believe you suck at meditating but I invite you to challenge your beliefs about what meditation really is. Can it simply be a few minutes of being alone with your thoughts as you are guided with a specific intention in mind? In this case, that is allowing more joy into your life. If you find your thoughts drifting elsewhere, just bring it back to the meditation and think of it as exercising your brain in managing your thoughts. Two birds. One Stone.
