Monroe County Sheriff Todd K. Baxter along with Chief Deputy Michael Fowler discuss how the MCSO is complying with the NYS Governor's Executive Order #203 on reimaging now police and the community interact.  Sheriff Baxter and Chief Deputy Fowler interviewed Deputy Amanda Hanlon who is the MCSO project manager and Roberts Wesleyan College Professor Glenn Grana about the partnership between MCSO and Roberts Wesleyan to study current topics and evaluate the research.  The purpose being to see what successes we are having and areas where we can improve.
