In this episode, I want to do a reintroduction to the Gene Keys. When I started talking about the Gene Keys in January of this year, I dove right into the sequences because I was really excited to share this information and content with you.  

What I've found over my own deepening of my connection to the Gene Keys, is there's such a richness and a depth in going slow through this information. It's something that's meant to be a living practice. It's meant to be embodied. And so what I want to do today is reintroduce the Gene Keys to you.
