REINVENTING IMPACT

Duff Gardner is an award-winning 7-figure marketer, startup founder and Silicon Valley educated digital executive. When he took his first job, he encountered “gay bias”, a series of panic attacks ensued, and he spent a decade on a roller coaster with his business. When he woke up to drawing strength from his modern family everything changed.

Today, Duff has a diverse business that includes coaching, local business and dabbling in angel investing. When he created his first startup company, it was in and itself a huge accomplishment, because by nature he’s a wallflower. But he learned in that experience to be what he calls “Investible”.

In that experience Duff created an 8-step Offer Creation process that he uses to this day with clients in the transformation world (impact-driven entrepreneur) to shift the way they think about going from startup to impact. That process he calls “The Yes Offer” and is the foundation of his coaching program Offers that Sell Mentorship.

Duff lives in Victoria BC, 10 minutes away from the ocean or the forest in his hometown.
