One in three men over the age of 30 aren’t satisfied with their relationships. Ryder has almost 20 years experience facilitating workshops with boys and men to help foster healthy emotional dialogue encouraging the conversation of masculinity in today’s society. As a father of two boys and avid local footballer, Ryder has seen firsthand the positive impact of challenging traditional notions of masculinity and creating environments where men can explore life beyond the stereotype, and develop the emotional capacity necessary to deal with all situations.
