Our guest in this segment is a seasoned entrepreneur who has been serving the healthcare industry for over 30 years.  Paul Contris is the CEO of Welcov (pronounced Welcove) Healthcare which he founded in 1997.  The company name was recently changed from Mission Healthcare to Welcov Healthcare in conjunction with a major acquisition and expansion of the company operations.  Today, Paul and his partner, Tom Boerboom, run a company that serves thousands of clients in 54 long-term care, assisted living facilities and home health agencies throughout Minnesota, South Dakota, Montana, Iowa, Nebraska and Wyoming.  The corporate office is located in Edina, Minnesota.  Welcov provides progressive healthcare and specialized services and strives to be the premier healthcare provider in the communities it serves.
