In this episode, we talk to Kristi Brown of Bloomington, IN. We were high school acquaintances and have become adult friends, bonding over a love of entrepreneurship and business. Kristi had a similar entry port to business as myself. We both shared a love of our childhood sport and took it to the next level of studio ownership. In this episode, we listen to her story of how she went from dance teacher, to studio owner, to barber shop owner and master marketer!
As a multiple venture owner who is an expert in designing and executing successful businesses, she exudes such a comfort and confidence around goal setting and accomplishment. I totally dig her "get-to-it" style and love that she does NOT mess around with her life. What Kristi wants, Kristi gets.
Join us as she talks about: Her biggest childhood cheerleader Life as a female business owner in a male oriented business Defining your personal version of success How to transition from one business to another Hometown business gossip (sorry, not sorry) Writing her first book!
Kristi's experience has now led her to work with other local business owners through her "Building Ownership" program and marketing services. Her next goal is to examine in depth the trials of female business owners (goodness knows there are plenty) through her first book. By the end of this episode, I was fired up and ready to plan execute my next venture!
On this episode of Fear Free Launches, we're listening to this bad chick Kristi Brown. She's no nonsense. She's feisty. She's a reinventing herself in more ways than one.
