Rejoicing is a choice. To rejoice takes a conscious decision. Most of us don't know how to rejoice in a season when things are not going the way we planned. But Paul the Apostle says here to rejoice in the Lord not in your circumstances and what is not going right, but to rejoice in the Lord.
