Imagine yourself breathing in an infused steam from a steam bath… feeling calmer already. Water is key. Let’s play with your body’s hydration by creating a quick rejuvenating steam bath. Your very next shower you can simply turn the water up to a high heat for 60 seconds and breath in the steam of the shower, then turn the water down to a freezing cold. Try to stay in the cold shower for at least 15 seconds (count it out!). When you step out of the cold shower into room temperature drink a large glass of water. The full effect will be a more relaxed, refreshed, and of course a hydrated version of yourself.
