How do we relate to money? It may be neutral on it's own, but when it comes into our lives, we don't relate to it that way. We said last week that we struggle to deal with money wisely and faithfully because it is, in the end, a heart issue. "Where your treasure is, there your heart is also," Jesus said. So money always has an effect on us that can be problematic. Why is this? And how can we relate to money well? How we serve God and not it? I am hopeful the account of the Jesus' interaction with the rich young ruler will help us. Let's come with open minds and hearts this Sunday.
