Daniel Goldman found that 80 percent of people who lose their job don’t do so because of incompetence. It’s because they don’t know how to effectively relate to people around them.  James addresses three foundational truths that can reduce the possibility of that scenario down to zero.

In James 1:19-20, he says: Be quick to listen. Be slow to speak. Be slow to anger.

These areas are critical for our relational lives if we want to interact with people the way God designed.
