In this episode, I talk about the phrase "stance, stance, dance" - the little dance we do with someone when we're arguing. We each have our own stance with opinions and thoughts and when we share them, the other person then shares their stance. This back and forth (dance) is what leads to arguments. I go into detail how this happens, why this happens, and what exactly you can do to minimize the negativity that can come up from conflicting views.
