When it comes to relationships, The word "expectations" get a bad rap. You always hear them say, “WAG KA KASI MAG EXPECT PARA HINDI KA MA DISAPPOINT”. Pero mapipigilan mo ba? We all enter a relationship with some level of expectations. It only becomes unrealistic if our expectations don't match our partner's capabilities or really anyone's capabilities. In our mind, we expect them to be this superhero. I'm not here to tell you what you don't already know, just here to remind you. Sometimes we just need a little nudge, a little bump to remind ourselves to go back to reality. And by being aware of the cause of our relationship crisis- this can serve as a preventive solution and will ultimately help us avoid being reactive in the future. :)
