you come from here and you will go to her. immersing self into nature not only heals on a spiritual level but physically and mentally. the sounds of nature regulates the nervous system. the sun brings forth happy chemicals. quieting the mind eases anxiety. love her. heal thru her. connect with her. how do you feel?

embrace the darkness!

Be honest with yourself. Are the women in your life healthy for you? Are you healthy for them? Being a “girls girl” doesn’t mean allowing any woman into your energy field. It means being authentically you and connecting with those women that are authentically them. Not settling for bread crumbs. Protect your peace!
