Most of our society struggles with healthy relationships. Do we even know what we truly want? How about trust, safety, fun, and alignment? Throughout my personal dating experiences I have discovered that these are the pillars that must be present in order for a relationship to be considered healthy and worthy of my time.

I also talk about some of the things that should NOT be present, including the feeling of being unsafe, opposite values, too many disagreements, and broken trust.
