Looking back on the past is not something I suggest, however, our losses and failures are meant to be learning experiences... In this episode, we dive into some mistakes I have made, which I believe are common amongst both men and women. Very rarely do we ever look back on our issues and ask how we can be better, we always play the victim and blame our former partner... Time to grow the fuck up, swallow your pride and look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself how to be better. I have gained a lot of perspective with these losses and believe you can take this advice and implement it in your relationship with your partner today, or learn how to be even better for the next one.
1. Getting too excited/ not excited enough early on
2. Not setting intentions/ goals from the jump
3. Distracted by physical traits causes a blindness to redflags/ lack of personality and character
4-5: Listen to find out
