America is in a crisis with relationships. We act as though relationships are disposable, which in turn makes us all disposable!  You are not, learn to love yourself within...yourself. When you love yourself you stop fighting, you stop blaming others, and in turn your interactions with others grows deeper, as do you. 
You are not disposable. You are worthy of loving and being loved.
