When Jesus laid out the 8 characteristics that mark Kingdom relationships, He showed us that in order for our relationships to reveal the cross, we'd need to deal with our vertical and horizontal relationships. Vertical first and horizontal second, but it must be both always in order to reveal all of what Jesus did on the cross.
