Brooke Czarnecki is a registered and licensed dietitian who specializes in working with runners and endurance athletes. Brooke is passionate about helping runners and athletes properly fuel their body for sport and more specifically - recover from REDs, disordered eating and eating disorders. Brooke helps runners and athletes navigate our diet centered world by debunking common nutritional beliefs and taking the focus off of body weight and body size. Brooke's mission is to help all athletes understand the nuances of nutrition and the differences in fueling for sport/performance/overall health vs focusing solely on weight loss and restrictive dieting.
