This week, someone asked me, genuinely, why I do what I do. Why I talk about mental health? Why I talk about MY mental health and why I do this podcast?  It took me back a bit because no one had ever asked me that direct question.  I had to think about and I decided to dedicate a show specifically for answering that question.  Also, while thinking about talking about why I do something I love, I think we should ask ourselves why we do the things we love.  Also, if you didn't notice. the show's cover art has been updated.  I hope you like it.  Let me know.
