Mary was once afraid that everyone would find out how incredibly ordinary she was and that would be her ultimate demise. She doesn't use smoke and mirrors, she is raw and honest and caring AF to be around. She believes in the magical mess of life and this informs her work.
For the past 15+ years Mary has supported women and men in making small daily changes that make a major impact on their lives. These simple, ordinary changes can get lost in the flashy online world and at times the topics that need to be addressed need more space to be looked at from the both/and, yes and yes perspective.
She focuses on educating women about changes that occur once they cross into the threshold of motherhood and how best to use this change to catalyst them forward vs staying trapped in the mother box. Mary believes that in a world where women thrive through cultivating their own inner gardens they will naturally give back creating more peaceful homes, happier relationships and a thriving society.
