In today's pregnancy JSJ meditation, I practice two self-help JSJ acupressure holds that helps us physically to balance our hormones and harmonize our reproductive functions. These holds mentally help us let go and release mental stress (anxiety, frustration, overwhelm, etc...). I struggle with "trying-to-hard" to make things happen, to make everything go perfectly, which ultimately stresses me out, gives feelings of anxiety, or overwhelms me--every. time. So I continually practice letting go of perfectionism especially during pregnancy when all I need to do is provide myself with the most basic needs and trust everything else will fall into place while feeling joyful, and relaxed.
