We, as Humans, tend to focus on the negativity whether or not this makes us anxious or stressed and we need to stop ourselves from doing this. In this episode I discuss how I am trying to relax myself in the evenings with a simple routine and I hope this inspires you to come up with your own refresh routine in order to be rid of the day's negativity.
