Now, the idea of this podcast is to offer you different material different recordings somewhere I you know, just talk about a subject somewhere I give you a relaxation technique, stress reduction, exercise, and then others where I do a relaxation hypnosis session. Again, different every time yet at the same time, I guess there is always going to be the similarity asking you to relax some focus in May maybe on different parts of your body and offering a few ideas and suggestions. And it's the same voice of course that you hear any trickled in. And there'll be two versions of this one with and one without music. And the one with music is the music's conducted by Kevin MacLeod and the details on the podcast description of his website and everything like that. The copyright stuff my stomach's making away a few weird noises today for some reason. But that's okay. You know, some people do their stomach does make a bit of a rumbling sound when they relax. And they summon the whenever they meditate, a stomach starts to check. Slack, almost lucker washing machine we're all different. And it doesn't matter. As long as you're well. As long as you're safe and you're comfortable. Those are the most important things. And the worst case scenario of listening to this is that you feel a bit more relaxed. Which means you're not reacting the way that maybe you used to. And that can feel nice when you realize that you are feeling more relaxed, not just when you listen to me, drone on and on and on. But also when you do and other things. Maybe when you're at work or at a supermarket or having a conversation, someone, maybe just watching a television, whatever it may be, you find yourself feeling good, physically feeling good inside. Having a almost like a little rush of pleasure, but a relaxed version, a calm version of pleasure. We just feel good for no good reason. And it's nice. It's nice to realize that actually, those pleasurable, comfortable feelings within your body have always been available. Always been available. It's just, they're no longer being restricted from rising. They're not being held down by negative thoughts. And, you know, stress and anxiety and tension.Because they now have some freedom. When you allow your body to do what he naturally does, he will find a lot more of those pleasurable sensations. Whatever eyes, in your body as well as your mind. Because in some ways, feeling just just feeling good. Just feeling uplifted, feeling completely relaxed, peaceful, you know, at peace with the world really. And maybe feeling grateful for what you do have maybe feeling grateful for that. This feeling of comfort and pleasure that you're experiencing in this moment because it just feels nice. There's no reason that you need to have a pleasurable experience. You don't need anybody else's permission to feel completely relaxed andyou don't need don't need to ask anybody else if it's okay for you to<br...
