TRANSCRIBED BY https://otter.ai/referrals/T1UKO5K7Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland. This is relaxation, hypnosis, the stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Please listen, when you can safely Close your eyes. And in this recording, I'm going to ask you to just keep yourself comfortable. Because this is going to be a relaxation session there'll be two versions. One way I'm just talking should last about half an hour ish. And another version, which will be with music in the background, or Kevin MacLeod. And our last hour 51 minutes gives you the choice of what you prefer. The most important thing is that you are comfortable. You may choose to lay down whilst listening to my voice. You may choose to sit in a comfortable chair. But make sure that your chair support your body in case you fall asleep. And just in case you do fall asleep, I advise that if you have plans, then you can maybe set your alarm because I won't be bringing you out at the end, you know, I won't be counting up to get you to feel more awake at the end of the recording. So I guess this really is a relaxation session and a sleep session at the same time. He can be whichever you choose. And before my relaxation sessions I'll just ask you to focus on my voice. There isn't really anything else left to do to maybe the occasional background sound which I can't really avoid. I mean, I'm sitting in my recording studio garden shed in my bedroom. So I'm kind of barricaded in and I've got Andres in his cage in the other room. All the doors are closed. So this is as quiet as I can get it. But you know what? It's okay to have some background sounds because even if it's silent during this recording unless you're wearing headphones, you may have background sounds where you are. But what you may find is that they're no longerrelevant or important. Until even noticeable The longer you spend listening to my voice you become focused not just on my voice and the words I say in the ideas that I share with youand you'll also notice how your body automatically relaxes automatically feels calm, glace. And you know sometimes it's free, very little difference between a sleep hypnosis session and a relaxation hypnosis session becausein a way, it's the same mindset. In a way you the muscles of your body become sleepy. Still become relaxed, less active. And in the same way your mind slows down as your mind becomes more peaceful. Simply because you are allowing yourself to relax. give your body the mission just let go. For the attention maybe the muscles been holding on to in the past can now just be released. Almost like steam out of an iron. Just released the pressure is gone. Because once the pressure has gone to a different part of your body that maybe felt a little tense before you decided to let go completely and relax.
