TRANSCRIBED BY https://otter.ai/referrals/T1UKO5K7Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, this is relaxation, hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Please only listen and you can safely Close your eyes. Now, this is going to be another short recording, which is good news for those that like the short ones it's going to be a technique, it's probably going to be the, the weirdest technique you'll ever hear ever. Because I'm going to be involving Andre, the ferret in this. So if you have some kind of problems with ferrets don't like them or wherever, then this might not be the best recording and so perhaps switch off now. But it's also worth remembering that it's not actually going to be there, you know, is an imaginary thing. It's a creative thing that we're going to be doing. So I'll give you the kind of little background from it is Andre, the one thing that he loves and Andre is my boy, he's a ferret lived with me for five years nearly in September, it'd be five years. So it's may end of May Now there may be background sounds just let you know that as well. And his favorite thing is whipped cream, like you know, out of the spray, spray whipped cream out of spray canister, whatever they called. I mean, loves it and eat as much as I'd given. even mentioned and whipped cream, and he suddenly woken up, see just the words whipped cream, get some excited. So that's kind of going to be the grounding of this recording. Again, it probably sounds weird. And it is but it's okay.So I'd like you to do inside your mind, I'd like you to move, get in touch with the stress levels. And maybe what you can do is instead of doing the whole body and going through that, I'd like you to imagine that you're just lying down on the floor. And again, you know, if you got physical issues, which meant you wouldn't normally be able to get on the floor, you have trouble getting up. It doesn't matter in this situation because you're not really doing it, it's just you know, is you just lying on the floor, it's comfortable. It's a padded floor, and you'll get help to be got up and I mean, so it's just in your imagination. So it's a very, I mean, you can imagine yourself just floating down to the floor. And you're gonna be lying on your stomach. Again, completely comfortable, completely comfortable. And what's gonna happen is the parts of your body that are stressed the tense for example, I hope seem to hold tension in the back of my neck, shoulders. So that part of your shoulders or the neck, for example. In your imagination is going to turn it's going to turn into whipped cream, just the parts, the stress, just the parts that attends there's not the whole neck. Okay. And so you can see that in your imagination. We all know what whipped cream looks like. You can give it a different color eggs, I think you can probably get chocolate covered chocolate colored whipped cream, or you know generally it's white. It can be any type you want. There's going to be with cream. So it's going to be fluffy, as squeezed outside ever can that kind of thing. So you can imagine that that tension in your neck is turning into that whipped cream. And it's actually moving out of the skin. So it's just laying on top of the skin. And Andre comes along. Remembering that Andres very gentle, doesn't buy doesn't scratch is a beautiful little thing. And the only interest he has is that whipped cream. And he doesn't he just licks it. You know, it doesn't have to chew it because it's whipped cream, so he just licks it. And he just licking that whipped cream off the back of your neck. Getting rid of that tension. And as you licks the cream off the back of your neck, and it will look it up quickly as well. You see he doesn't mess about the whipped cream will be gone in seconds. And just knows how the back of your neck feels. Knowing that you're safe knowing that Andres...
