TRANSCRIBED BY https://otter.ai/referrals/T1UKO5K7Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, this is relaxation, hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Please only listen when you can safely Close your eyes. Now, this is going to be another fairly short recording, it is going to be an exercise to reduce stress or anxiety. Basically, it's a technique to change the way you feel quite quickly. So what I'm going to ask you to do is to sit down both of your feet on the ground. And, you know, ideally in a comfortable chair, if you chose not comfortable, then make a soft, comfortable chair chairs chair should be comfortable. I'll ask you to put both your hands on your knees, but hands up to the palms facing up. And just resting. You don't have to like stretch out your palms or you know, there's no uncomfortableness involved. Just me palms don't have to be flat as well. I mean, how can I ask you to do now is notice the feeling of tension, stress, anxiety, whatever wherever is most worries in your body. So maybe you feel in the back of your neck, your chest, your stomach, your forehead, your eyes, your jaw, your lower back.could be any anywhere, wherever it is within your body. One can ask you to do is to move that feeling from where it is now. Just move it through your body into your hand and have that feeling of tension. In say your left hand just for the sake of argument. Of course you can do the other hand if you want. But for the sake of this exercise, I like to make it easier. But you know you can choose I'm going to move the tension to my left hand. So moving it from guess moving down for my left shoulder into my left hand. It doesn't have to physically move through your body. But the energy moves from where it was to where it is now in your hand.Just nice heaviness there. And is this a an uncomfortableness? As you focus on that hand focusing on that feeling. Just be aware of it. And you can just allow even more tension from your body to move into the hand.Maybe anything that presents itself in a form of chronic pain, you can allow that to also move to that one hand as you focus on their hand You know, that's where it is, you can feel it, you can feel the pressure in their hand. What I'm going to do now while that tension and stress anxiety is in their hand, you can leave it there for now. It can, yeah, just be there doing its thing, but doesn't have to move anywhere else is getting all the attention in once from you. So you can just leave that there for a few moments. You're now going to your mind and you focus on a nice thought. A sense of love that you have maybe for someone close to you can just be a lightness. A kindness, compassion, whatever that feeling is. How are you to move that into the other hand. And as you move that feeling into the overhand buy, sell the other hand feels quite nice. It's light. soft and gentle. Yeah, the hands heavy. With the hand with the love, the gentleness, kindness, gratitude. Some nice fluffy like a cloud. The other one's hard like a rock, smelly, damp rock. You can feel the difference, the real difference. I can feel that the the hand the original hand with all the tension and stress and anxiety and it's pushing right against money. very uncomfortable in my hand. It's not literally floating but it feels like it could just flow away. Feel so light and gentle.Don't count to three. When I get to three. I want you just to put your hands together 123 and just hold them and rub them together. Gently. Just keep them together and notice what happens to that feed as you focus on both of your hands at the same time.Keeping them pressed, but gently holding them up in person together. If that's a bit too much physically, you can just stretch your legs out. Allow them just to be on your lap or even turn your hands. So as long as the palms are...
