TRANSCRIBED BY https://otter.ai/referrals/T1UKO5K7Hello, and welcome to Jason newland.com. My name is Jason Newland, and this is relaxation, hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Please only listen when you can safely Close your eyes. Although I'm going to, I'm going to ask you to keep your eyes open for this recording. So it might be a little bit silly me asking you to only listen when you can safely Close your eyes. However, because it's, you know, it's hypnosis. A lot of people would connect hypnosis with being unconscious, which it's not really necessarily about that. It's about focus, and you can do stuff your eyes open, but I just want to make sure that you don't listen to this when you're driving or anything like that. So only listen, when you can safely Close your eyes. There you go. hope we'll cover that. Because safety for your safety and your healthis gonna be number one above everything else. Okay. So can I do it's not really a technique, but it is, you know, in a way,it's an exercise, it's something that you can do, what you can give it whatever title you want, it's not going to take a long time. So this recording is not going to be very long. However, this is something that you can do every day. And I would advise doing it every day, especially, or maybe not every day, maybe only when it comes when you've got a level of stress. You know your buddy, that's feeling uncomfortable. So that's it really okay. So I'll give you a little introduction to myself, because he made this might be the first time you've ever listened to me. And I thought I'd just let you know a little bit about me. I have been making podcasts for over 14 years, as well as videos, online for hypnosis, various different things. The thing that I've focused most has been relaxation and sleep, sleeping, insomnia, things like that. I also do a lot of stuff. I've done a lot of stuff for chronic pain, and various other things. And over the last few years, I've been focusing more on the podcasts than the videos and the I have quite a few podcasts. This particular podcast you're listening to right now is one of my most popular ones are the ones I've got. So yeah, also do let me bore you to sleep podcast, which is an hour of me talking about nothing. The or more and more than an hour and a half yesterday. I've got the deep sleep whisper hypnosis recordings, which lasts about 20 minutes, and hypnosis, sleeping hypnosis weekly, and a few others as well. So that's a little bit of introduction to me. I've been around a long time doing this for a long time. And the reason I started this particular podcast is because I have in the past beenon I've been on the panic slash anxiety journey. If you want to call it that sort of a weird term for it, butbeing hugely affected by anxiety and stress over the years. And as I've learned more about it, I realized that I was being affected by it long before I was even aware. So a little bit of experience of have anxiety, stress and panic. And I've got, I've had the experience of helping people with it, as well. And that's what this is. So the introduction is possibly going to be nearly as long as the recording or the exercise. Because all I'm going to ask you to do is to either should have said this at the beginning, you need a mirror, you need a mirror for this, although you could do it in your own mind and just imagine yourself in a mirror, that would be a guest a last resort, as far as the actual exercise goes. But that is, that's an option. Ideally, a mirror that's big enough to show your body. Yeah, I'll ask you to sit down in front of the mirror. So maybe supply a bathroom mirror, you know, my bathroom mirror, she goes down as far as pulling my shins when I'm standing up. And I can see is about just a little bit higher than, yeah, she I think when I stand back, I can see my whole upper body pofma feet. So I want...
