We will explore the most common tool for relaxation, our breath. Using it for regaining balance and enter a calm state. We will anchor in our brain so that in future guided meditation and in our life breath becomes a deeper tool for relaxation and focus. 

You can sit or lay down. If you want, take a blanket over yourself so you are really warm and nice, ready to relax.
