This spontaneous JSJ guided meditation focuses on releasing fears and accepting yourself and the processes of life. The particular JSJ acupressure flow that I practice helps on a physical level: Balancing reproductive functions, immune system support, relieves muscle tension, and helps balance our metabolism. I love this flow when it seems like fear is taking a hold of me. This meditation helped me reconnect with my internal self today and realign with feelings of trust, love, fulfillment, “I am enough”, forgiveness, strength, and acceptance. I hope you enjoy today’s episode as much as I did. I used this particular flow every day a week before my due date to help “release” my baby. Note: practicing this flow will not put you into labor. JSJ acupressure is a gentle form of emotional and physical release directly relating to the natural processes of our body. In other words, if it isn’t time for your baby to come, these holds will not induce you but rather revitalize your reproductive system in the natural stage it’s at. JSJ only balances. There’s no holds you could possibly practice that will harm you or your baby.
