It is normal to have thoughts rush in, however, don't suppress them. Honor them and come back to the center.
Thank them for being present as they are part of you. Then release and send them to the light.
Be patient with yourself and enjoy the moment. Notice how the more you enjoy it, the faster you see changes in your energy.
If you want to get the best results out of this meditation, do it for at least 21 days either first thing in the morning or right before bed as those are the times when the mind is the most receptive.
