  • You'll Always Be The Crackhead B***h - EP. 020

Ever feel like people are determined to keep you stuck in a version of yourself you’ve already outgrown? 😭

In this episode of Release That Shit, we’re talking about what happens when the people who knew you in your lowest moments refuse to acknowledge the woman you’ve become.

The family, the friends, the people who remember the old you so well that they act like your growth never happened.

And sometimes, the hardest part isn’t changing. It’s accepting that certain people may never see you differently.

This is a conversation about growth, accountability, family dynamics, protecting your energy, and learning to stop explaining yourself to people who have already decided who you are.

Because yes, you can own your past without being sentenced to it forever.

You don’t have to keep proving that you’ve changed. And you don’t have to shrink your growth to make other people comfortable with the version of you they remember.

So take a breath, sis. Let’s talk about it.

  • They Can Love You And Still Not Be For You - Ep. 19

What if someone can genuinely love you… and still not be the person for you?

In this episode, we’re talking about the uncomfortable truth that genuine doesn't always mean healthy, and love doesn't always mean alignment.

Someone can mean it when they say they love you and still repeatedly show you that they cannot love you in the way you need to be loved.

We talk about why we sometimes hold onto the glimpses of who someone can be, how abandonment and past experiences can make unhealthy patterns feel familiar, and why intensity, pain, and struggle aren't necessarily proof that a relationship is meant to be.

Sometimes the question isn't, “Did they really love me?”

The question is: “Is the way they're loving me good for me?”

And if you're in a season of learning how to choose yourself, create safety within yourself, and become softer without abandoning your boundaries, this conversation is especially for you.

If you're ready for deeper support around creating that kind of space within yourself, I'm opening enrollment for A Soft Place to Land, my 6-week virtual healing container for women ready to move from survival mode toward safety, softness, self-trust, and embodiment.

You don't have to keep choosing what hurts you just because you know it was real.

Sometimes choosing yourself is the release. 🤎

  • I Built a Soft Place to Land - EP. 018

Recorded from a real day in a real season. In this episode of Release That Shit, I’m sharing the story behind A Soft Place to Land; why I created it, what I didn’t have when I needed it most, and what I knew I needed to create for myself and for other women.

There were so many moments when I was craving a space where I didn’t have to be strong, figure everything out alone, or keep pushing through. A space where I could exhale, be witnessed, reconnect with my body, and feel safe enough to actually soften.

And eventually, I realized that the thing I kept wishing existed was something I could create.

I talk about what led me to build A Soft Place to Land, the experiences that shaped it, and why I believe so many women are craving more than another space that tells them to hustle, heal harder, or become someone new. Sometimes we need somewhere to simply come back to ourselves.

This is the heart behind the container. The why behind the work. And another part of my own way back home to myself.

Work with me: If this one moved something in you, my 1:1 mentorship From Survival to Sovereign or my group container A Soft Place to Land might be exactly the soft place you’re looking for.

  • The Way Back No. 5 - Your Feet Are The Way Home EP. 017

Sometimes the fastest way back to yourself is through your feet.

In this episode of The Way Back, we’re coming back into the present moment...literally.

When your mind starts racing into the future, creating anxiety around what hasn’t happened yet, your body can become stuck somewhere your feet aren’t. Grounding through your feet is one of the simplest ways to bring your awareness back into your body, back into the room, and back into the safety of right now.

Your feet are your connection to the earth. They remind your body: I am here. I am supported. I am safe in this moment.

So when your mind starts spiraling, come back down.

Feel your feet. Feel the ground. Breathe. Come home to yourself.

Because sometimes, the fastest way home… is through your feet. 🤎

  • My First Shower in Two Days - EP 016

Solo motherhood doesn't always let you rest in big ways. Sometimes rest comes in doses, a shower, five quiet minutes, a moment nobody needs anything from you. This episode is about taking your softness wherever you can find it, and why that still counts, even when it's small.

    Work with me:

If you're ready for more than doses, if you want real, sustained rest and support, my 1:1 mentorship From Survival to Sovereign is built for that. Or join A Soft Place to Land, my 6-week group container, and rest alongside other women doing the same.

  • The Shoes That Are Too Small - EP 015

Faith looks a lot less like certainty and a lot more like walking around in something that doesn't quite fit yet. In this episode I talk about being in the in-between, the discomfort of outgrowing your old life before the next one has fully arrived, and why that discomfort means you're in transit, not that you're failing. If you're in a season that feels too tight for who you're becoming, this one's for you.

Work with me: Ready to walk through your own in-between with support? My 1:1 mentorship, From Survival to Sovereign, is where we do that work together. Prefer a room full of women walking the same road? A Soft Place to Land is my 6-week group container.

  • The Way Back No. 4 - The Kitchen Concert EP. 014

Recorded from a real day in a real season. In this episode of The Way Back, I’m talking about one of the simplest ways I come home to myself: music.

Sometimes healing doesn’t look like a breakthrough. Sometimes it looks like turning the music up in the kitchen, letting yourself feel good, dancing, singing, laughing, and remembering that joy is allowed to exist even while you’re still figuring things out.

I share how I’ve been using music to soothe my mind and nervous system, while intentionally practicing manifestation, abundance, and choosing joy in the little moments. Because coming back to yourself isn’t always about doing more healing work. Sometimes it’s about letting yourself experience life again.

This is the kitchen concert. The reminder that softness can sound like your favorite song, feel like your body moving freely, and look like finding something to smile about right in the middle of the season you’re in.

  • I Was Hustling Backwards - EP 013

Postpartum, nursing between clients, cutting my life down to almost nothing just to keep proving I could handle it. This episode is about the moment I realized softness was actually the braver path, and rest was never laziness, it was courage.

  • Choosing Me Looked Like Letting You Go - EP 012

Sometimes choosing yourself doesn't look like a big dramatic moment. It looks quiet. It looks like silence instead of another argument, one true sentence instead of trying to make somebody understand. This episode is about outgrowing people you still love, and learning that you don't have to be understood to be free.

Work with me: If you're learning to choose yourself too, my 1:1 mentorship From Survival to Sovereign walks you through exactly that, one on one. Or come sit with other women doing the same work in A Soft Place to Land, my 6-week group container.

  • The Way Back No.3 — Crying Is Not Falling Apart EP 011

Recorded from a real day in a real season. I talk about what it's like rebuilding from very little, having to ask for help, and depending on people who seem to have forgotten about you, and the cry that came from all of it. This one's about what's actually happening in your body when you cry, why asking for help was never the failure, and learning to trust that what's yours is already on its way to you.
