Whatever is feeding you, is what you're being led by. If you are being fed by the Word of God, you are being led down by God's path and plan for you. If you are being fed by the things of the world, you will be taken down a path that will only lead to sorrow. We also need to surround ourselves with those who are following God and will uplift you, and avoid those of the world who will bring us down to their level.
