In this episode, we talk to Ciara Gibbs. Ciara is a first year PhD student in Neural Interfacing at Imperial College London, and graduated at the top of her class in Biomedical Engineering, also at Imperial, in 2022. We had the opportunity to talk about her reasons for getting into STEM, what it means to be relentlessly curious and unsatisfied and dealing with comparison, failure and discouragement.
