A lot of times people hear financial aid and they think student loan debt. That can be a part of it, but financial aid and the FAFSA doesn't have to be overwhelming. The important thing with financial aid is to educate yourself on what types of aid are out there. You can be eligible for grants and scholarships (free money!) and loans. Drowning in student loan debt doesn't have to be in your future and financial aid doesn't have to be scary.
