We talked about hiring processes in general - irrelevant ones.

We've never talked about religious exemptions - and why not only are they misunderstood, they really should not be necessary, but are a symptom of a system of "guilty until proven innocent".  Which does nothing but create bad cultures and caste-based separation between people.
