Relisha Rudd, an 8-year-old girl, disappeared in March 2014 after being last seen with Kahlil Tatum, a janitor at the homeless shelter where she lived. Tatum was later found dead from a suicide a month after Relisha's disappearance, before police could question him. Relisha has never been found, and her case remains open.
