2021 was one for the books. In a season of business growth, I also experienced some of the growing pains and trauma that business ownership brought. If you are reliving the trauma of your past, learn to:

  • Talk thru the trauma to understand where you’re stuck.
  • Create a new narrative.
  • Take a listen, and let me know what you think. Recognize what type of support you need and get the assistance that you may need to get unstuck. This is in no way meant to replace treatment that a counselor or an experienced licensed therapist may provide.
