Ms. Elsey once again was operating outside the laws of equality called her big wig friend in the hospital. Little did she know that I talked to him often at work and at lunch, but "I never knew he was the CEO!"

Incompetent! Can't get along with our peers, patients and family! Statements such as "FEELING unsafe around Black Nurses,"is a bigoted atrocity against us that's been tolerated far too long! The Black nurses are threatened BY White bosses and coworkers NOT towards them. We must remember that the higher ranking positions aren't diverse. Silence is a learned behavior amongst Blacks and a survival skill that needs unlearning.
